One Day at a Time Tumbler | Sobriety & Recovery Keepsake | Christian Encouragement Gift for Her

One Day at a Time

I remember the morning I stopped counting days and started counting hours. Sobriety felt impossible in stretches — but one hour? One hour I could do.

Someone sent me this tumbler and wrote "one day at a time" on the note. I didn't think much of it. But I started carrying it everywhere. Every refill was a small reminder: just today. Just right now. Not tomorrow, not next week — this cup, this moment, His grace for this hour.

Romans 8:1 says there's no condemnation for those in Christ. I had to drink that truth in slowly, like something cold on a hard day.

If you're in the thick of it — this is for you. Not as a trophy. As a daily reminder that you don't have to carry it all at once.

One day. That's enough.
